This project (TQ08000005 / Tackling infections with innovative light-activated nanofiber technology) is co-financed from the state budget by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic within the Program SIGMA Seal of Excellence. This project was financed under the National Recovery Plan (Národní plán obnovy) in the framework of the European Recovery and Resilience Facility.
The mission of LAM-X is to minimize risks associated with infections using smart antimicrobial textiles. The innovative nanofiber textiles has breakthrough potential in medical devices, food packaging, crop protection and air/water filtration. The main goal of this project is to develop a prototype of medical device – intravenous catheter dressings. The products will be designed to stop blood infections for patients in hospitals.
This project (FW04020054 / Nanofiber Materials with Antimicrobial Function Activated by Visible Light) was co-financed from the state budget by the Technology agency of the Czech Republic in the framework of the Program TREND.
LAM-X is a member of the Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association
