Roman Chaloupka
CEO & CTO
As CEO & CTO of LAM-X, Roman leads the development of innovative nanofiber materials. He spent twelve years as Assistant Professor at Charles University and went on to lead R&D at Medicem, gaining vast experience in bringing polymer science from lab to product. His career spans the full innovation journey — combining deep scientific expertise with hands-on startup leadership.
Roberto Fernandez
COO
With a PhD in Chemistry and years spent supporting the creation of deep tech startups from academic research, Roberto focuses on turning breakthrough science into real-world products. As COO of LAM-X, he leads business development, and commercialization of sustainable nanomaterial-based tools like VerdiBlot.
Vít Perlík
BOARD MEMBER
Vit focuses on structural development, strategic scaling, and commercial partnerships for LAM-X. He brings extensive experience in corporate operations, assisting deep tech platforms in bridging the gap between clinical validation and international market expansion. His role centers on securing alignment between development milestones, investor operations, and the long-term, multi-industry scalability of the patented polymer platform.
